St John Evening by Marie Gray mock neck long sleeve sweater dress with sequins

GORGEOUS vintage St. John evening by Marie Gray mock neck long sleeve sweater dress with sequins. Never worn!! Purchases years ago but never wound up wearing it. Been packed away for years & I just noticed while taking the photos that it has a small snag/hole on the outer side of the fabric however, the inner side is completely in tack. I am not a sewer but I’m thinking it would be an easy fix? It is small and hard to capture but I tried in the last 3 pics- this is on the back of the neck & very hard to see unless you are looking for it.
