iluvnicestuff @aprilbug1 Hi April - my apologies (I'm not at the house where the clothes are right now.) No spots -- that's just a shadow. In terms of chest measurements, I can't take them right now for obvious reasons but (a) the mannequin that it's on is set at size 12 and it fits more like a large than a medium. I hope that helps and gives you a little more insight about the piece.
