St. John Neiman Marcus Vintage blue wool peplum cardigan sz 10

The tag for materials has been ripped out but definitely wool. Gold and black faceted buttons, no holes or stains. Excellent used condition. Tiny shoulder pads. The cinched part is 14.5-15” (not stretched) and can be bigger since there is an elastic band. The chest is 18-19” and can also be stretched. Length is 21-22”.
