Textured throughout like swiss dots, only they are tiny rectangles instead of circles. Shown on my XS dress form unclipped and it’s too big on her. From the back, underarm to underarm, seam to seam measures 19”. Measured inside out to account for lining. 25” long. Perfect Condition.
