I don't understand your first photo. What is the dark piece hanging down on the hem? What is the white fabric in the hem?

@alemaistre hi. The longer dark piece is the mannequin stand. The hem alternates between a sheer black mesh and the solid black that the skirt is made out of. It shows this a little better in the other photos with the measuring tape but I’m happy to add more if you would like
