Beautiful flutter sleeve top by St John's Bay! Size XLT~ XL Tall. New without tags~ the top was gently machine washed, hung to dry, but NOT worn. No flaws, rips, stains or piling. Navy blue blouse with flutter short sleeves and intricate lacing at the upper chest/neckline. Rounded neckline. Solid navy color. Made of 100% cotton. Machine wash.
