St Michael cream button up blouse

Vintage button up blouse with exaggerated collar and extended cuffs. Tag says 34” bust and fits XS/S depending on desired fit. Theres a little bit of stretch to blouse and tag does not say material of blouse. There is a missing button on the right cuff (as pictured) and a little stain on the inside of the right cuff (as pictured). The stain is not visible from the outside.
