St Patrick’s Day Shamrock Dress

Excellent Condition Was bought on Etsy, Handmade 15 inches from neck to bottom of skirt I have a shamrock headband too, doesn’t exactly match but I will throw it in. My daughter wore this when she was 18 months and it fit perfectly
