verablack Thank you! My Grandmother was almost full Irish (O'Finneran) and St. Patrick's Day was held in an uproarious celebration closey to Christmas! Though she passed away a few yrs ago, I've always enjoyed remembering my roots, and continuing our traditions. . "May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And if we never meet, my God hold you in the palm of his hand."

psoup451 @verablack My Grandmother was a Finley! We have a bagpiper in the family (Scott’s-Irish) and he marched in our hometown St. Paddy’s Day Parade! We’ll have corned beef and potatoes later, shots of Jameson and Guinnesses all around! Thanks for the old blessing, no doubt we both grew up with it posted in the kitchens of our elders.
