Stacees Emerald Prom Dress

It's actually really cute and the quality is great. I've never worn it so its new with tags, it was just one of the dresses I tried for prom and this one didn't fit my frame quite right. I would post a picture of it but I already packaged it and don't feel like taking it out, I missed my window to return it and already have another prom dress so I'm selling it here. Its also a US size 4. I'm open to negotiate on the price, I just want it off my hands haha.
