Stacey Adams 3 button waistcoat with lapels 42R

I bought it thinking it was a size medium like it says, but this thing would be loose on someone with a 42 inch chest. I'm pretty sure it's wool, but there is no information on the item itself or anywhere on the internet. as far as I know, it doesn't exist.
