Stacy Sklar short blue prom/homecoming dress

Homecoming, or possibly a short prom dress, says size seven but would fit smaller size (I’m a 3/4) deeper blue, missing no beading or gems. A couple minor pulls in the fabric but aren’t very noticeable. Material is very soft, comfortable and good quality. No alterations were made to the dress. Only worn once for homecoming. Been stored safely in a bag not Sherri Hill using this to help get it out there!
