heytam7 @rcurcic I bought my Zepter set exactly from Zepter company. Zepter is giving the life warranty for their metal product. Service sets have gold decorations (24 carats) I love them! 🍷

happyposhernyc @heytam7 I know, someone from my household works in the company. Thats why I know they dont have this set and that is invalid code number, it never existed as such. Also logo is different, just compare the logos in your pics. They are having multiple complaints regarding same sets and the company can’t provide any warranty or help. I’m not saying you are trying to scam, but maybe you were played and sold this as authentic. Feel free to call the headquarter in NJ and make sure what you have.

happyposhernyc @heytam7 then my husband should know you as all sales go thru him and every single item that one agent sell comes from NJ warehouse, which is in the same building. Do you mind calling the office tomorrow? Also all pots are made in Italy, not in Germany. They have factory in Germany too but pots are made in Italy 100%. Fake products are becoming real problem .

ainel4friends This seller is very shady. I am the second person who questioned the authenticity of his product and asked for serious proof. Which is very easy by the way, take additional photos of the bottom of the pots and pans and let people see the stamp for themselves. The seller accused me of being not e serious buyer in a very polite and condescending way. I would be very careful buying Zepter products from this person.

The Zepter product is the best and everyone who use it, knows it as a fact. For example I use my pots and pans over 20 years and they looks as news. At my Posh closet I offer to buy my own used pot, and I sent you the link of that pot, where you can see all pictures, included the unique Zepter bottom.
