Light weave cotton. Cool for the summer. Cute cap sleeves with twisted trim at sleeve ends and neckline. Pretty hemline. Measurements in photos. Fabric has a little stretch. Please note the last photo. There is a small hole near the arm pit. Could be repaired, but I don’t sew. Should t be too noticeable when wearing. SUPER CUTE! MC
