Stanley Blacker Trousers light blue/grey marked size 10 but fits like a 2/4 NWT

Vintage trousers from late 70s. Marked a size 10 but see waist measurements in pics- fits more like a 2/4. NWT never worn some age from being stored for 40 years. Beautiful light blue grey color pleated waist with wide drapey leg front slant pockets.
