Stanley Scott 3pc dress set (Look at all pics)

Good/used condition, has minor flaws as pics show. This dress & jacket is about 20-30 yrs old, (probably considered vintage not sure do not hold me to it) Previously owned by a former smoker, so It has a smell of nicotine & perfume, the smell may come out if you dry clean it not sure, do not hold me to it. Very little to no stretch. 1 Button on see through jacket w/shoulder pads. 3 pcs (jacket, skirt, top) Color is blue maybe hints of green in my opinion but u may see it differently so do not hold me to color pls. Top bust: 19" wide stretches to about 20". Jacket bust: about 20" give or take. Skirt Waist: 15" stretches to about 17". Couldn't find a size tag, so please look at measurements. . Measurements are shown in pics, Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate. . Please do not come back on me if the color of item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. . I do my very best to be as thorough/detailed as possible with my listings, I do not hide anything. But there has been times I have accidentally missed minor flaws unintentionally, so please be as understanding as possible ❤️. .
