Staples swim cover up summer dress

Silky light fabric perfect for summer heat or quick drying over a wet swim suit. Ruffles over the bust but flat acrossed the back. Green blue black paisley print. Dress is "one size," I am a medium and it fits well. Stretchy enough to size up but the length may get shorter. Ask for measurements of you are concerned!
