Star-Patterned Neck Tie Dress

Long-sleeved black dress with a colored star pattern. The back has a zipper and the front of the dress has a tie around the collar. The ends of the sleeves have buttons to either loosen or tighten the cuff. The pattern is slightly distorted in the armpits but not visible when wearing.
