Staring at Stars Summer Dress

The colors and style of this dress evoke Cuban sunsets. I got it from urban outfitters a few years ago and it's become too short on me (size 10 with a long torso) and needs a new home. Pleated nylon tool (think one layer of a tutu) between last ten inches of lining and shell around the bottom of the skirt. 100 percent cotton lining and shell. Hand wash cold.
