Starry Night Blue Dress Banana Republic

I love this starry blue print! This dress has usable pockets! The two pockets at the breast each have snap button closures. There are also two slitted pockets at the hips. The top front portion of the dress has a 4 button closure that is hidden once all buttons are secured. There is an elastic waist and a matching removable fabric tie belt. Length of dress when laid flat is approximately 34” Size: 4
