Patriotic figure skating dress made of mostly navy blue Velvet. Details include gold trim and stars down the front. The stripes portion feels like a standard skating skirt material (thick swimwear feel) Tag says medium. It is probably a juniors medium and will fit a petite woman. (It fits me at 4’11 + 115lbs) In Excellent condition with no tears, holes or stains. 25.5 in crotch to shoulder; 18 in sleeve.
