styledbuyv So I have to tell you, those dresses I found and are $18 a piece plus shipping. So that girl selling for $22 is actually losing about $10 for every dress she sells. Oh well, our gain I suppose. Haha. I still need to know the length on them.

styledbuyv That's a good point! I was absolutely shocked to see Umgee was only $22 retail. Or maybe she is getting discouraged that they aren't selling? It's a slow time right now. I usually get 6-10 sales a day and right now I'm lucky if I get 1-2. But I've been doing this for almost 2 years now so know some tips and tricks. Poor thing :( I hope it's what you said with Fall inventory. Lord knows, I lost thousands of dollars first starting with boutique. Many give up because it's so much harder to sell.

lissaloves @styledbuyv I like all of them! But I have to choose wisely. I spend SO much money on PM this summer that there is about 17 diff outfit/dresses I haven't even worn yet 🙊😳. How bad is that?! I'm going to buy those 2 sweaters from you for now (and maybe even a coat or the jeans) and then take it easy for a bit. I'm buying from you and Kimberly and then will have to take a rest from PM! I wrote you an email, too!

styledbuyv @lissaloves ugh she's awful! We have a nanny cam and she wasn't paying attention to Charlotte at all. In fact you can see her during her entire shift sitting on her butt on the couch playing on her phone. At several moments you couldn't even see Charlotte in camera view!!! Well, Charlotte had an accident and fell on her head when she tried to stand. I ran into the livingroom and grabbed Charlotte and told her to please get off her phone

styledbuyv @lissaloves to please get off her phone and pay attention to Charlotte. She got up... walked over to the kitchen table where her purse was. I thought she was putting her phone away. I told her as she was walking over to her phone the accident could have been way worse. I didn't even raise my voice which was shocking. She wasn't putting her phone away.

styledbuyv @lissaloves She was packing up and walked out. I said "you're leaving?" She said YUP! and that was it. How do you leave an amazing 7 month old you cared for since birth? Wow. The worst part is... she lied to my face. When I asked her what happened with Charlotte she told me she was standing behind her playing and Charlotte slipped and fell on her bum. I sent her the photos and video. She was 15 feet from Charlotte and wasn't even watching her at all! I'm outraged.

lissaloves @styledbuyv Wow 😳 I'm sorry to hear that. You need a WAY better caregiver than that! Did she know you had the camera? I remember hearing this child specialist once and she recommended always telling the caregivers about the camera, but not revealing its location. The reason being, people will behave differently (usually for the better) when they know they're being watched. Sorry you had to go through that. Poor little Charlette 😒
