Lite weight. 50% polyester, 50% rayon. Has black buttons for closure down front of top. Top has peplum look. Has shoulder pads that can be cut out. Skirt has elastic waistband for stretch. Split in back of skirt. In good vintage condition. Tag reads size 16. Skirt waist measures 14” - 19.5”. Top P2p is 20”. **Please note, item is pre-owned.
