Starting Out Sailor Dress, Navy, White, Red, Girls 12 Months

This sweet little dress is Starting Out brand. It is mostly navy, but has embroidered red anchors, and is trimmed in white and red. There is also a white collar that extends to the back where it is square and trimmed in red stripes. This dress is in excellent condition. It was only worn once.
