State the label / ace and jig collab Harper dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @marinazzaro. So cool! Epic colab with State the Label. The textiles are robust and I see no flaws. 22 inches at the widest point of the garment as the bust/pit-to-pit measurement, but I think that falls closer to the ribcage because of the cut. I measured where the armpits would be and it is closer to 21. Very open and relaxed. I need a 17.5 flat pit measurement and it fit me comfortably
