Statement Necklace Blue White Clear Rhinestones on Chain 18 inches

Pretty statement necklace, in blue and white tones plus clear sparkly rhinestones. Good condition in general, just one rhinestone is missing, but barely noticeable. Chain is sturdy, and clasp works good. There’s no brand tag, style of the necklace reminds me of JCrew. Measurements are in pictures.
