@jflo501 hi! it's near-perfect or as good as it could be used (i've never ordered brand-new from STAUD before, so i'm only assuming), and I had it cleaned when i received it. there's just that mark on the purse, which is pictured

What’s the mark from? Is it permanent? You mentioned getting the bag cleaned, did that mark never come out after you had it cleaned or it was after?
