Cute Black “Essential Envelope Skirt” (it’s a skort) from a small LA based brand. Only worn once, but it no longer fits me. Super cute, and could be dressed up or down. On the side it has a zipper with an additional a hook and eye closure at the top. Measurements (flat across): Waist 19” Inseam 3.5”
