Steampunk goth skirt

This skirt has a stretchy material to it it has a double button-front to ensure that the skirt stays in place it is a size large however it one's kind of small so a medium or a large would fit. It poofs out when you are wearing it giving it an anime maid look. I have only worn it twice since I bought it 7 years ago
