Steampunk influenced Top Hat with hair band. Crossing Time and the past Hat #201

The top hat measures approximately 4 inches high by 6 inch wide. It is made out of felt and comes on a headband. Each one is unique and different and I have named this one crossing time into the the past. The watch can either be cut down at the bottom for your liking or kept as is of course. The watch should work if you put a battery in it which is why I left it open to be able to put a battery in it . There’s a wonderful cross with bling.
