Steampunk ? skirt w/ lace down the front and sides - Adorable!

Who likes the Steampunk look? Take a look at this amazing skirt! It zips and buttons on the back and there are 4 lines of lace that run down the front as well as the side. The fabric has a sheen to it and is fully lined. It measures 17” at the waistline, 19” is the shortest part of the skirt and the longest reaches 31” in the back. There isn’t a tag that tells the size so please see above for specific measurements. When I look at the measurements I believe it to be a size small or medium. I will place it in my closet as a medium in my closet.
