Azazie Chiffon Steel Blue Dress. Size 8. Never worn, Reposhed NWT. I hemmed it 5" at the bottom. I'm 5'5" and hemmed to wear with 2" heels for reference. These dresses typically run long. Unfortunately the dress was too big once the day came around to wear it and I went with something else.
