Stefano vintage 2 piece dress, black with mini white dots, size 7

I loved this outfit! Top has Dolman 3/4 sleeves, invisible hook & eye closure, 21" long. Width is hard to measure with dolman sleeves but it's 16" wide at hem. Matching Skirt has elastic waist that is 12" but stretchy and length is 32.5". Black and printed skirt set with tiny white dots. It's a stunner on! Pics seriously don't reflect how good it looks on.
