Stelen Black Mesh Long Sleeve Dress w/ sequins

Never worn with tags, Stelen sequin mesh dress. Did not come with a cami insert. Really cool statement dress, would be great for a party or New Years Eve. Bought abroad pre-pandemic and never wore. I’m a size medium and this fits me well but arms are long since I’m short. Length of dress from shoulder down is about 47 inches.
