Stella & Amelia Striped Ruffle Wrap Skirt

Blue and white striped Stella & Amelia skirt. Zipper closure with a cascading Ruffle that ties. Stock photos shows it tied in the front, my photos show tied in the back. Size tag is missing, waist is about 14 inches flat and length is about 24 inches. This is likely a small. Skirt doesn’t have stretch. Very good used condition with the only flaw is one side of the eye hook is loose. Does not effect wear. Smoke free home with fast shipping!
