Gorgeous maxi dress by Italian designer Stella Jean. Silk with a viscose lining, pockets, long sleeves, and dramatic bow neck. There are two zippers on the dress, one at the neck and one at the waist. The top is a blouse cut that measures about 18.5 inches across laid flat. Long sleeves have elastic edging at the wrist. The top of the dress is a lovely, unlined silk. The dress, including the waistband, has no stretch, and the waistband is about 13 inches flat /26 around. I’d say maybe equivalent to a size 4? There’s no size marking on it anywhere I can find. I have just shy of a 27 inch waist and that is too big to Comfortably wear this dress! Which is why I’m letting her go…. Sniff. The skirt is lined with a heavy burgundy viscose, and it is heavy and poufy- think almost a “gown” vibe. See pic for skirt length- it’s long! Also the lining and skirt and seamed together at the bottom, cresting at times almost a bubble effect. This would be tricky to shorten on your own but you could have it professionally done. Gently used- no visible flaws. The print is a stunning modem geometric batik style in tones of burgundy, olive green, and blue with a strong black outline. Make me an offer!
