Stella McCartney Authentic Falabella gray bag

Stella McCartney bag. Awesome gray bag only wore couple of times 12”x7 1/2” depth is about 1” but can go to 3”. Comes with dust bag. I purchased 3 Stella bags I have receipt and papers for all 3 but saks receipt is very faded and I’m not sure what tag goes with what bag at this point.
