@cashblake hi there… I would say they are closer to a 4. Definitely not a 6. I would make sure your waist size matches the measurement I put in the listing as it is smaller… but that’s bc they are high waisted like up at the belly button it slightly above. :) The rest of the pant fits some had relaxed so you should be good there. Let me know if you’d like any other measurements. :))
