Stella and Dot sequin skirt

This GORGEOUS skirt is new with tags! Size 1x with an elastic waistband. This skirt hits just above the knee. The underlay is black and it has silver sequins that will sometimes reflect the underlay giving it a black and silver look. You can wear it casual with a denim jacket and white tee, or dress it up with a black blazer - this piece can be worn all year round! Note: this is a sequin skirt, not the reversible skirt! Waist is 16 inches across when laid flat 19.5 inches from top to bottom
