These have vibram soles attached to the outsole. They are blake stitched, as evident in seeing the stitching inside the shoe They're in great used condition. Size says 9US, but these are more like a 9.5 or 10. They fit me well, and that's the usual size of lace up dress shoe I wear. The heel to toe measurement outside the shoe is 12 inches. No width listed, so I'm putting medium
