Brand: Jewel Art (East Providence, RI) Company established in 1946 & ceased operations in the early 1950's. This piece is in very good condition with patina. I didn’t polish as some prefer the patina Marked: Sterling by Jewel Art The 2 circles intertwine. One is smooth silver & the other is a sculptural design.
