Sterling Silver Crescent Moon & Dangling Heart Pendant with diamond accent, on back the phrase "Granddaughter, I love you to the moon and back." So sweet! :) A limited edition piece created by The Bradford Exchange. Pendant measures about 1" long and 1/2" wide. Original necklace chain has been replaced with a silky smooth 16" Sterling Silver snake chain with lobster clasp closure, very nice.
