The brooch was made by Elco, a prominent mid century jewelry maker. The charms were made by Forstner, another prominent mid century jewelry maker. Maybe you can use the charms so I'll include them. Brooch and charms are sterling. Brooch measures just over 2 inches long and has 16 loops for charms - fit for mother, grandmother or even great grandmother! Great condition! Maybe engrave over charm text? Vintage 1950s.
