Sterling Four-banded Wave Cuff

This is adjustable, you can even bring the waves in or spread them out (gently) The cuff is stamped and hallmarked but I have had the hardest time of most any piece I own to figure out what it says. I’ve even tried to put it under a microscope but it didn’t fit well so it was a no go. Nonetheless it’s an awesome cuff!
