Sterling SILVER Signed Crushed Turquoise Ring

A unique twisted band necklace featuring double hearts. One solid silver heart overlapped with a smaller heart featuring crushed turquoise stone chips. Was told it was Native American made but I can't identify the hallmarks or stamps. Stamped 7. looks like a dot in a circle, bear claw and 84.
