Sterling Silver 14k Gold Plated Amethyst Necklace Signed OW 925

Pretty vintage little pendant! No box. This was my mother-in-law‘s. It’s been in a box with other jewelry on her dresser for likely over 25 years. I never saw her wear it in all the years I knew her. Can’t guarantee, but I think I would have seen her because she was a creature of habit. Can definitely use a clean & polish, as the chain is dull & pendant has marks on it. Will leave the cleaning up to the new owner! We never clean our jewelry. Marked near the clasp and on back of the pendant itself. Looks like OW925. And then a little stamp that maybe meant to signify the globe or world. Possibly. We see that most of these are 14 karat gold plated, it’s hard to tell, but looking at others on the Internet… It’s a possibility. It is marked 925, so likely Sterling. Very light color stone. Lavender/amethyst. Open on all sides. Bale is open enough where you can fit many size chains if you don’t like the one that comes with it. The chain is original as it is also marked. Again, will desperately need a cleaning/polish. Not only the chain, but the pendant itself. Comes to you as is. A lovely piece! See all of our listings.
