Sterling Silver 925 heart necklace w/stone, 16”

This little necklace is a sweetheart! I don't know the provenance of this piece so I don't know if the sparkle in the middle of the heart is a diamond or a cz. The chain is a mini curb, very supple, with a round spring ring clasp that puts the date of this heart necklace in vintage designation, 1980s or before. The chain is 16” long and the heart is 1/4” wide, it will nestle at the base of your throat. You could wear this every day. Excellent condition.
