Beautiful handmade antique Sterling silver post earrings with amethyst, white abalone, and marcasite. Natural imperfections on abalone. Abalone shell has many different colors; the beauty of these earrings is that a dark teal portion of the shell is the main feature. With light and movement, other shades can be seen; the earring backs show some of them as well. For studs, these ovals are not small; measures 1.1 x 1 inch. These are gently used and in good condition. The posts are a little bent and silver shows some natural oxidation. Stamped 925.
