Sterling Silver Art Deco Ring with Garnet Center Gem Size 7.5

Marked “Sterling” on the inside band. I tried getting a decent photo of it. There are four missing marcasite gemstones. I believe this ring to be about a size 7.5. I believe the stone to be genuine garnet, but again I am not an expert.
