Sterling Silver Blue Topaz and Diamond Accent Teardrop Earrings-Posts with Nuts

Dating to the 1990s or so, here's a pair of Sterling Silver (hallmarked as pictured) dangle drop earrings for pierced ears - posts with nuts. Featuring pear-shaped Blue Topaz gems, the halo to each piece is composed of white diamonds (tested). Lab created or natural, I know not. Gemstone weight is an estimate but I think about 3+ CT TW in Topaz and .25CT TW in Diamond. Length of each piece is 1"; width at the bottom is 7/16". Combined weight of the pair is 5.2 grams. Makers initials are P (star) M; the Internet states that the maker is MILOR but I am unsure about this. An overall lovely set of earrings!
